Ehh, with decent drivers the LS Integra is good for a ~low 16 and the 4.0 is good for a ~mid/low 15. The Integra has older ***** now and he is stock compared to your few mods.Unless you really suck at driving I don't see him winning.

Yeah because a 4.6 is pretty equivalent to a 4.0

Anyway.....OP it's not even a matchup. That integra is a low 16 second car at best! If it were Vtec it would be maybe mid 15's. With your mods you should be low 15's, high 14's.

Dude you can laugh all you want but I have videos of me beating pullied Cobras at the track. They have me by at least 60HP but they also outweigh me by about 800 pounds. Same principal.

You will win. I think it's a drivers race (at least for him, LOL) but I give you the edge. Especially bieng non-vtec with long gears.

 

+1, it's all about the power to weight ratio.
I got my *** handed to me by a JDM Honda Civic Type R, with a B18 Swap,Exhaust,Suspension mods and stripped interior. He beat me by a three to four car lenghts. I was on 20's and only had my CAI + Tune, i thought i had it in the bag.. oh well.. it motivated me to get more mods..
