SRT* jeeps are AWD that's where they're getting their time, but the challenger is little more than a reskinned charger...the viper is by far the fastest.

As far as a 12 pass...I thought I had seen the thread but I am still looking...so far the only 'claimed' 12 second passes have been with G-Techs and the Dashhawk (aka G-Tech from Chrysler)

I ran a 12.88 stock but what you have to remember is DA and Temps are what gets these into the 12's bone stock. It was almost a year ago. Temps were in the mid 40's and the DA was well into the negatives but dont remember exacts. This was also my first pass ever in the Jeep which was a catch because after that and it warmed up I had to get a tune to get back into the 12's during the summer

An LS1 C5 yes...any new corvette not a chance... the GC SRT8 is a big hype machine... they are running 8.3~8.4 @ 82~83mph... just a few tenths quicker than my pathetic 1/8th times and a couple mph slower.

Hype machine? Who will never acknowledge it? It's pretty impressive that a Jeep will run with C5 Corvettes. Those are pretty impressive times for a jeep, but of course there is going to be haters that act like very Jeep SRT8 owner is cocky. They are fast for what they are.
