Kills at the track last night
Living in Ca need to keep the car smog legal if I can run consistant 12.3's with cats and a 1.8ft with the only suspension work done is lcas, I can live with that for now. All I need for high 11's is an aluminum drive shaft and adjustable uca set the pinion angle and I am good.
Get real
Based on my current 60ft of high 1.8's and 12.3's all night with the exception of that last run, yeah I do, I just need to get into the 1.6's or low 1.7's to get into the 11's. But assuming from your comment your a roll racer with no track experience.

Do you not see the compilation of videos in his sig?
I knew the MSD 2 step would cook my cats, Oh well. They maybe okay still, I don't really know how to check.
I think for you to get 11's you may need:
different shocks
UCA
Aluminum DS
M&H DRs
I think your main issue is tires and suspension. Something to get the rear weight transfer better will make that 60' come down. A 1.65 on a well prepped track should put you in the 11s.
Also, the nights your going to the track they aren't actively prepping the track throughout the night. If someone spills something on the track then they will spot treat it. But otherwise, they sweep it and spray it one time. There's probably 800 plus passes per wednesday night there.
I think we should go down and spend the extra $35 to do test and tune on a Saturday between the bracket racers.

Once the mickey's are shot I was thinking about trying the M&H's, and I think your right the shocks would help, but HP wise I think I am good. Lets plan a trip for test and tune its now $50 (I think), but that way we can take our time and not worry about the lights until we get our new setups figured out. I still have not figure out how to slip the RST on the line, that thing dead hooks when you side step the clutch.
$50 sounds good. If Adam would send me my fuel pump drain I would dump in some 100 octane.
