Default Modded Charger SRT8 VS 50Trim SRT4

This guy (19 Year old guy i know from Boca Raton owns a modded Charger SRT8 modded (Diablo sports Tune, full exhaust, intake, he claims cam and heads but i know is not true, exterior mods) all in all bad@ss car.

I was heading to F.A.U (Florida Altantic University) and i see him, he revs at me and i called him at his cell phone and told him to race me at i-95 so he agreed. Days before i was street tunning my car "AGAIN" because its been really cold around here and my tune is constantly changing with weather so tunning my car i felt my clutch was slightly slipping but still grab and pulled like a **** well today was the exception.

he pulled even with me at 60mph (third gear roll) 3 honks and we took off or shoud i say he took off because my RPM went higher like crazy and the car did not accelerate like it should have. We did this 3 times same result he obviously walked me so no ricer comment (I lost due to slipping clutch) i raced what i brought and i lost period

I was bummed out cuz i really wanted to show this guy whats up but could not. Im looking at spec stage 3 or cluthmaster stage 4. We will race again when i get my car running right again and get it on video. Later at night a blown stang wanted to race me but deny it (And this all happened the same day my clutch is taking a dump on me )

O well im 0-1 against SRT8, but i will come back

That sucks bad Cacimar. At least you're taking it in stride. Get that clutch and show him whats up. I've been dying to know what you're car is capable of every since you got it.

The potentail of this car is there, it just need a bit of money to get it to run right. All the fuel mods craps (Fuel returnline + fuel regulator, wideband, scanguage to monitor knock, bigger injectors 650cc, fuel controller) were almost $ 1500 and now were talking about throwing 900 to 1k on a damn Clutch lol. Accomplishing this only working (3 days a week) and trying to finish my civil engineering degree is a bit tough. Either way once i get my new clutch and a pair of axles (Back up) i will take it to the track.

Edit: Losing due to equipment truly sucks major lol, at least a reason to buy a new clutch.

Wait till BBeast sees that u changed the font to his favorites color

Cool run. What whp numbers are you putting down or do you guess you are putting down? How heavy are SRT-4's? Looking at your mod list, I'd guess you should have pulled him from a roll pretty good with a decent clutch.

WA WA waaaaaa. The dreaded clutch failure. Try the spec clutch. I've been thru a stage 4 or two already.

Next time Cacimar!!!!! Sucks about the clutch. Replacing them is expensive, and a PITA!
