Default Ford GT vs Me

Still working on getting my tune redone so I was out burning off fuel to put in 100 oct. The car actually runs very good as is with just a little on the rich side 11.0-11.2 on 4th gear pulls.

Got off the freeway to take the back way home where there is no traffic. A holt crap there was a Ford GT painted exactly like mine. Twins almost. We cruised to an isolated road and unfortunately there was a little bit of traffic ahead so I waited to let them clear, and the CHP officer who was about 3 cars in front of us. While we waited I revved a few times at him just to let him know I would play. I started of and at about 30 I saw the GT start to get on it. I folloowed suit thru 2nd and into 3rd. He never gained an inch and I was very excited.

I let him go by and I followed him to his office where he got and said, "That things fast! About 500 hp?" I told him, "Yeah about that." He asked what I had in it and I told him. His warrunty was out so he's considering putting a turbo on his.

I rarely engage in such shenanigans but I couldn't resist.

Fast company for sure. I don't how long I would hung but the short spurt sure was nice.

I never get excited or taunt someone into racing either. This just worked out perfectly.

Those cars are beautiful.

Nice run! Why doesn't that **** ever happen too me? I usually end up with some butthead in a Scion tc wanting to run, of course I still enjoy the kill, but the entire runs only lasts about 2 seconds.

No kidding!!! There is a Ferrari around here with plates that read "Try Me". The only time I ever see him is when I'm in my truck!! One day maybe I'll get lucky!!

Glad someone has some luck Simon!
