Default How do you raise your children?

When a mother races her son.....

In my house, I didn't care much about a good report card, but you better know how to stage and have a good 60ft!

Let me set the stage for this race between me and my son, his neon has a fully built forged engine with a big turbo, car made 550hp vs my 2006 GTO which was also freshly built however it wasn't dyno tuned, tuned very rich and down on power...

Aaawww I FKING hate night videos. Funny you mention kids. my 16 yr old daughter knows more about cars then the boys she goes to school with. It drives her nuts when a boy will say his 305 powered camaro will smoke her dads car just cause it has a V8. She cant wait to line em up with these guys at atco.

I thought we all understood V8 over everything? 4 cyl vs 8 cyl thats 1/2 the cylinders meaning they make half the power any V8 could! jk

smoke that camaro!

Man I always wished that I had that kind of family that had the same kind of hobby... wether it be motocross or drag racing.. I always wished my family had that going on so I could learn something like that from a young age and stuff... but I didn't get so lucky.. my Grandpa on my dad's side was a real street racer back in the day I am assuming late 60s to the 70's he use to do the whole sunset races with the headlights off deal... and was saying that he had a supercharged camaro with 450HP and a mustang with 350hp and he knows his way around the cars.. kind of sucks that my dad didn't pick it up... but hey I have my dragster now =) haha and I will defintely be bringing my kids into the scene once I have them =) it's too much fun not to.

That's kind of funny! My 10 year old daughter wants a junior dragster so bad she can taste it! LOL She already has all her gear, helmet, gloves, race suit, shoe's, etc.

I got her this for Christmas.

I told her as soon as she learns to drive this and I'm comfortable with her ability I'll get her that Junior Dragster!

She's been driving it every weekend! She pulls it around the parking lot of my shop and she gets to the long straight away and stops. She'll sit there for a second then just floor it! LOL She stands on it so hard you can see her whole body jerk as she puts the pedal on the wood!! LOL

Yeah, I think my daughter has the Drag Racing bug!! LOL
