How is this even a question? If his brother beat him w/ his 350Z, one of two things happened- 1) that is one modded-*** 350Z, or the much more likely explanation- 2) lil bro can't launch his Camaro to save his life. Besides, seeing as in you're in the 320rwhp ballpark, this should be no problem for you.....

(i figured i'd ask this on both the mustang and camaro forums and see if the answers vary)

I know some LSXs come with like 320rwhp stock or soemthing
I looked at your mod list. Those 4.10 gears are gonna give you wings.

Make me proud and get your money's worth out of second and third!

Yeah, for a 350Z to take an LS1 in a legit race, it'd either have to have FI, or every bolt-on in the book. Of course, it's possible it was '07+ Z w/ a phenomenal driver, but the chances are rather low....

This is true Scg.

The new ones are a good run for about anything that runs low-mid 13s.

With your mods you won't have any trouble...unless you can't drive.

doesn't seem like it will be any trouble for you; you should take him pretty handily. i raced a bone stock 99 Z28 A4 when i was bone stock, and it was almost neck and neck, i had the slight edge maybe by half an inch lol..we raced 3 times................some LS1's seem faster than others

My car ran a best of 13.5 when stock; you should be considerably faster than that.

Maybe I'm remembering out of my a$$, but I thought 98 Z28's were LT1's, not LS1's? I thought the 00 models were the first LS1's.. I'm certainly no bowtie expert though so I could be wrong..

Eitherway, definitely agree with the guys, it's the OP's race to loose, especially if he lost to a 350Z in an A4 Z28..
