ok i need this thread moved in to S/S cause i cant post in there yet. But he has a 2006 gt eclipse that has 400 hpw and he said he dynoed it at a honda dealership with the following mods:the eclipse had rails
pumps
injectors
pulleys
throttlebody
gears
upgraded axles
control arm upgrades
intake
greddy tuner
bigger i manifold

everything else was looks
like 2" lower
wheels
tint
smoked head n tails
wind splitter

The thing is he said he took it to the track several times and he ran a pathetic 13.8 at 114 mph with all these mods he has in it (its a manual). Then he talks **** how he kills stock s197 gts, gtos and corvettes. I just laugh and just keep talking to him about it cause it amuses me sooo much lol haha i would just like everyones elses opinion on this guy

 

dont all modern cars have : pumps
injectors (of some sort)
pulleys
throttlebody
gears
intake


his car is probably stock and he has never even seen a drag strip or dyno

 

Why do you want our opinions on the guy?

 

400whp on an Eclipse? Yeah right. ESPECIALLY not w/o forced induction. Those cars are pretty quick from the factory but don't respond to mods.

 

seriously, dude. who cares. get off the internet. do something productive. at the end of the day, he drives an eclipse

some may say thats ignorant of me to say that, but i honestly am not too fond of eclipses

 

If by "rails" you mean a turbo, there's no way he's putting down 400 HP with just those basic mods. Unless he has a big block.

 

This eclipse guy sounds like your typical ricer to me.

Im not trying to sound like a total jack@ss but he just lies all the time acting like his hot **** and hes always in competition with me and my car. I just asked him a cpl months later and he just fills me up with BS. HAHA yea it just makes me laugh i just wanted to hear yall talk some **** to make me feel at least i know what im talking about haha
