Like most people said, I'd try to avoid a roll race, a dig and you'd be about equal assuming equal driving abilities.

So far the fastest stock SS/TC has gone 13.56 in the 1/4 mile. Average is right around 13.8-13.9 with traps around 104-105. From a dig if you can drive it will be close. But from a roll, you will lose most likely unless he cant drive. I've seen stock SS/TC's from a roll beat some high 12 second cars. From a roll they're deadly. I dont like roll racing at all, but the 1 time I raced a New Edge from a roll it was from like 20-25mph up to like 75mph and I had over 3 cars on him easily. Good luck!!

There have been quite a few to run in the 13.5-13.7 range, but they trap 104-106 with ease.

I garentee. With their front drive and power level. They'll be exactly like the SRT-4 with the very good drivers getting high 13s and and the average joes running in the 14s. Only one guy has ran a 13.5 in a cobalt SS/TC. He's a local boy that runs at Cecil county. I've been talking to him and trying to set up a race this year against his sprayed fox.

He did run a 13.56, but there are a few guys in the 13.6's over on Cobaltss.net and even more in the 13.7-13.8 range. There wasnt much time to run at the track because of the time frame when they came out, but this Spring and Summer I can guarantee more stock SS/TC's in the mid 13 range and tons with just bolt ons and a tune in the low 13's to high 12's.

Mike, you've got mods similar to mine, but I have DR's and it took me a HELL of a launch to run 13.6's.

If he's an average driver you stand a pretty good chance, but if you're running into a mid 13 driver, it's going to take some AWESOME driving on your part w/o DR's to keep up.

Don't bother from a roll.
