Tomorrow is my test n tune and I just removed my rear seats, passenger seats, spare tire/jack and trunk carpet. I think I lost at least 70 lbs in stuff? Has anyone weighed all of this prior to going to the track?

 

Why? Are you gonna run it outta gas before you go as well and add two cups when you line up? Get an Ethiopian to drive it, that'll help.

 

You don't have a bathroom scale you could set that stuff on and add up for us so we can see? would be helpful... maybe I'll buy one just to do that :P I'm guessing unless you had a power passenger seat your guess is over by about 15-20 lbs.. maybe it's right..

edit: hehe I just found that link and and I was gonna post.. so you shaved off up to 30 on rear seats, 48 on passenger seat, 39.5 on the trunk stuff.. total of 118lbs.. not bad.. a lot better than I aws thinking.. some of the weights on that link.. wow.. makes me think I should look at shaving off a couple hundred lbs on mine
