I still think it's entrapment. I meanyou think YOUbaited HIM, but he hung around your carlong enough to make you think he wanted to race,which means he waited for YOUR signal to start the race. It's just like in a prostitution sting, the target has to ask for the favor before they can arrest him. You gave him the look or whatever. Therefore you were baited. He couldn't have nailed you if he wanted to.
