Default First race yesterday!

All right so I am giddy like a school girl in my 2000 GT from Sean Hyland Motorsport. I have had the car for only a few weeks and finally last night I had the opportunity to race someone. Two young guys pulled up beside me at the light in a WRX Sti. I thought it would have been a close race. I guess I was wrong.....lol as I watched them disappearing in my rearview mirror. Wow this is fun!!!

Thanks. I was told by the guy that built it that it was around 430 hp but the 1/4 times are supposedly in the high 12's so I dont know if that is right or not. She sure sounds like it though.

I see no power adder there....I think you'd be lucky to see 300rwhp.

Sounds like an awesome car though.

I am no expert but here is what I have been told:

Sean Hyland Motorsport took a stock SOHC GT motor, ripped it apart and rebuilt it with better components to increase the power. If you want to see what all they did to the car you can go to www.sportscarrevolution.com and see. When they hooked it up to the dyno the first time it was a little over 400 hp. They changed a couple of components and were able to get another 25 hp. I was not there when they did the testing but I trust Tom Hnatiw who is a friend of mine and he oversaw the project.
