that's right, while i was in Moab this past week, i raced a '10 Camaro 2SS!

sadly i lost, but hey, i don't expect a stock Duramax to beat an LS3 Camaro

i'ev gotta say, that thing moved like a bat outta hell, i actually think it was victory red. i never did ask the owner what the color code was, but it still looked SEXY ya, and he put about 4 bus lengths on me to 80mph, but it was all fun.

 

Nice death..I was expecting another kill...the things have been out for a few weeks now and they have been beat down on every forum under the sun by every car you can think of. It's insane how much action they are getting. haha

I think they are torch red. They have ended victory red with the 2010 vettes so, that is what it probably is.

 

he said he let off at 130mph. evidently he had let off almost a second before i hit 80mph the only problem was i couldn't hear it over the sound of my truck. he was a really cool guy though, he said he was going to pick up a new Mustang once they got the 5.0.

 

Nice I can't wait to get my car up an running this summer to run against one of them.

 

They're running 12.9 @ 112 off the factory floor.

 

Everything I've seen so far has been mid-low 13's, but I've also seen very little. And it's mostly from magazines etc that aren't the best drivers/most trustworthy. Given their weight/power it's not a big surprise though, the LS3 is a really stout street performance engine.

 

it ran an 11.89 here at maryland international. bone stock but there is arguement on the track being a down hill track.

 

I saw a red one at the track last night. Running high 12's. Someone said he was on Nitto DR's though.
