i was really impressed with my first outing in over a year.
those were only my best two runs. earlier in the night it was just fun and re learning the track. IE 90+* and upper 70% humidity and DA approaching 4k= 9.3-9.7 with 2.3 60ft average

Good runs Rebel. I'd love to see what that Mach would do up here during the fall/winter months at sea level.

About that launch RPM, good God man! 4500 rpm is getting on up there on street tires. You must of been riding the hell outta that clutch!

 

lol my clutch smelled all the way home...i would love to get some sea level runs in! 4500 was the limit on the new tires i got. RT were from .05-.152

got to run a turbo 240sx who won the first time by .021 and the second time i got him by 2 secs (22psi+5000rpm dump = spin LMAO)...i had been helping him out all night trying to get him the best times...great guy.

i know Melanie has a tad bit more in her, but im happy with where she is at now....until i find some slicks...then it's game on

slips are in 1/8 mile back in the 60's someone was to lazy to finish the other 660'

Those are the same thing, converted/corrected to 'standard' at sea level or whatever.

Would have been easier to say XXXX is what I ran, here's the corrected.

Okay runs, you've got a lot of 60' left in the car though, even if it's on stockish tires.

no scanner so it's gonna be hard to upload i'll see if the wifes camera can take a decent enough pic.

 

trust me im off on my 60ft, but in the humidity and heat and first time back in a year i was happy...i know i can get sub 2.0, but i just don't have the time and ability to be out there every weekend.

i wanted 1 last race before my knee surgery, so i wasn't after any specific goals or times just enjoying running down the track...i might be able to get 1 more trip in, and if i can im going to take my dad down the strip....but the next time i go it'll be on radials / slicks
