That didn't really look "insane fast" it looked more like the lesser of two slows.

 

He was racing a STOCK Srt-4 Which are 14 seconds cars stock. I've even seen them run 15s. I'm pretty sure if I raced the RSX i'd stay right next to him, or at least a lot closer than that SRT4 did, if not beat him.
