You should look into a power pipe for maybe a lil more boost imo

No prob man. You've got a nice lookin car that performs well. another thing you might wanna look into too is a smaller pulley. Sounds like you know what you wanna do and like youre on the right track.

Wow that is an insanely good DA. I had to go back and calculate it myself just to confirm the numbers. Now I'm really surprised that you were only able to muster 111mph.

DA stands for Density Altitude. The higher the altitude, the less the atmospheric pressure. The higher the altitude, the less HP your car is making because your engine will be detonating at a lower PSI. Because temperature and humidity can also effect the density of the air(atmospheric pressure), it is possible that you could be at 1000ft but have air density conditions that are effectively similar to say 4500ft. DA is an indicator of what altitude the air density is at your current altitude. So your DA at roughly -1800ft was extremely good. So even though you were at 257ft, the weather conditions simulated -1800ft and your car should have been making more power. With all that said, forced induction cars such as yours are less effected by air density, it probably helped your trap by about 1mph.

thanx alot bud.... well i had a goal with this car to make a low 12 to maybe high 11 street car..... so goin with a smaller pulley and runnin 10 psi might not be to far away... although i think with 8psi, air-water cooler, o/r x, dyno tune could be the best way to high 11's haha... we'll see.... hey btw, i saw your thread with your new pb of 13.7.... congrats man... what r u launchin the car at?

The first time I ever went out I launched at 1300 which was way too low, and the last two runs, including the one I went best at was launched at 2000. Honestly I should prob launch at 2500 cause I still bogged down a lil at 2000. Like in my thread I said that was only my fifth run ever in any car so i have a lot of improvement to make. I would love to have a setup like you! Thanks for the compliment
