You got a link to that thread? I would love to read that one, lol. You can PM it to me if you don't want to stir up muddy water.

Haha nice man!

When the other guy sounds too rational, just pull the "fanboy card," and teach 'em a lesson.

common guy's. ease up on the guy. it is ok to beat a wore out ls1. you can usually when a engine is on it's last leg it starts smokeing and gets worse. sounds like the guy in the ta deserved to get beat driveing a oil burning ls1 around and thinking it is still fast. i say congrats to the winner. a street race is like pinks raceing. run what u brung. it doesn't really matter what kind of engine wheather ls1 or lt1, or just a worthless v6, 2v,3v or a 4v, a win is a win. i have had some of the stupidest races a person would laugh at.
once again congrats to the winner!

I don't think anyone has a problem with the car he beat. The problem is the way he described some parts of his story, like the cold air going into the engine like he was in a scene from fast and the furious. Usually thats a sign of ricer. Now when I look at how many post the guy has I would have thought it was just a joke but I geuss thats just the way he talks about his kill stories lol.
