I expect the Mustang to win. But I'd bet that was an Auto Camaro Vs. a Stick Stang.

they were both autos werent they??? WTF?!?!?!? I know for sure the stang was an auto... I'm sorry, but I HATE automatics, i feel like with a manual you develop a personal experience with the car. It's like, you and the car have screwed so now everything is chill.

...yeah, but an auto won't get an attitude over something stupid and decide to grind gears/block out gears.

It will just self destruct instead. No bull****, just straight to it.

I wanna drive a 6 speed automatic RWD V8 factory-12 second car.

Any ideas where this run took place? I was expecting better ETs outta both cars, so I was wondering if maybe it was at a higher altitude/DA than around here.

Hm...an 8.57 and a 8.86 seems slow for those cars. The SS didn't even break 80mph for a trap speed.

The #'s don't mean anything until they run them at the drag strip and post slips. By then, everyone can internet bench race knowing that there's no more 'guessing' what the 5.0 is going to do.

Remember that the A6 Camaro comes with a 400hp L99, not the 426hp LS3 that the M6 comes with.

+1

but the difference in trap speed is kinda extreme, the mustang had a 8mph higher trap in only the 1/8th mile!
