took on a GTO
I must have taken on a first generation GTO because it didn't have dual exhaust and there were no hood scoops. I saw him comming up to me on the highway and down shifted to 4th. After I punched it I gave him a good glance of my GT emblem and my shiny exhaust tips.

Stock 04 GTO has around 295-298 RWHP & 320-327 RWTQ, Compared to 2005 GT 260-265 RWHP & 275-280 RWTQ. GT has a weight advantage so that would actually make a very good race. I question this because in your sig you have 4:10's if this is true your top end would dwindle compared to the 3:55 stock on the GT's. Heck in 4th gear you would only be doing 118 before you would have to shift to 5th and drop into overdrive while the 04' GTO would take 4th up to 132 before he would have to shift.
Heck I wouldn't even question you if you had the 3.55's
FYI, usually '04 GTO's are a good race with Mach 1's and New GT's. It usually comes down to the driver. The '05 GTO is another story, that is a good race with the Stock Cobra.

Unfortunately, I totally agree. 400 stock horses is a pretty mean drive. I don't think I would have taken that chance had I seen a monster like yours. I'm having JBA shorty headers installed next week and I dno't lose the hopes of installing a supercharger someday. (even if my wife's head does a 180 when I tell her)
By the way, nice ride, but I wil always remain faithful to my Mustang.

Have you looked at the long tube headers? And heck with a supercharger, its going to be a sweet ride. As for the Mustang, I like them too.... I am partial to the 04' Mach1 1. The 2005's look better when you lower them an inch.
