Well here's my times...keep in mind, I've NEVER been down a dragstrip, so this was my cherry run,

I would say pretty darn good (14.79 run) for a stock car with just an intake, and full exhaust on radials (new nitto nt555's) @ 32 psi.
My car is:

90 LX notch w/135k miles
Motor is STOCK from pan to throttle body.
Suspension is STOCK
Mods are:
BBK short ram intake tube with K&N conical filter
FRPP 1 5/8 shorty headers
2.5 offroad H-pipe
Borla XR1 mufflers to 2.5 LX tailpipes
3.55 gears
5 lug swap
Stock t-5 w/pro 5.0 shifter
01 cobra wheels with Nitto 255/45/17 NT555's.

And that's it.

Really really would like to get a set of slicks and see what the car would run then.

Man, looks like you had an awesome day. Those are decent times for your 1st time out with the fox. Congrats on getting out there and running. +1 on that pic of you and your little girls!

 

Can't wait till we go again! You definitely improved after a couple runs. Next time my carb shouldn't load up all night long like it did.

 

Next time dude, I'm dropping tire pressure and bumping timing. Figure that will get me a little bit faster.

 

Hopefully next time we can round up a set of tires between some of us and at least get one or 2 runs with stickier tires.
