Last night, I'm sitting in the turn lane (right lane) of a two lane turn intersection. I'm the first car and next to me is some honda civic.

As we make the turn, the civic punches it and gets in front of me to make a right, leaving the left lane open for a red Camaro SS to pull up next to me. He had some exhaust work...car sounded pretty nice. I guess he heard my car idling from behind (O/R pipes, LTs, Cams) and as he passes by, he punches it. Caught me a little off guard so I hit it just a little bit as well. Wasn't about to speed right there so I didn't pass him...shut it down at 60 in a 50.

Lucky for me, we catch the next light...its like 1:30am so theres no one else around in our town. Well, he's got a pretty little brunette with him, and I have my wife with me. She's been dying for me to race someone since I got this supercharger working...

The light turns green and we both hit it. I slipped the clutch and spun just a little bit. He, suprisingly didn't spin at all with a launch from maybe 1,200 rpms? He jumped out by half a car...his girl is literally sticking her tongue out at me lol. Well, that was the last time I'd be able to see her to stick her tongue out. By the time I shifted into 2nd gear, I had about 2 cars on them, and about half way through third, I had dominated him, so again, I shut it down before I was going way too fast.

At the next light, the guy, shocked, asked me what I had done. I told him cams and bolt ons and drove away

Another guy in a new SHO was telling me at a light how great my car sounded! he asked what I had done and I told him I was blown. He said "Me too!" and then asked if I'd run him just to see how he did.

It was close...until the light turned green

heck ya man way to go! We beat em up at Bandimere Speedway all the time! They run 14s up here, I am about to break into the 12s It is fun showing them whats up.. They ask me whats done, and I just say oh on my lil 5 cylinder? Just exhaust

Also.. I hate it when people pull that stupid **** with me, not telling me all their major mods, telling me BS that I know isn't true, I like all cars and i respect anything that is fast, and I know a little bit about a lot of cars... so when they do that I figure that person isn't even worth talking to, i'd avoid him the rest of the time at the track, no matter what he drives.

I pulled up to a chick in a yellow Saleen S281 the other day and she was acting all "Oh, I have a Saleen therefore I'm better than you"...she was pretty hot too, so my wife says "Oh can we take her home?" I asked her which one, the car or the driver and she said both lol. Anyways, she hit on the highway and I did the same and started to blow by her once I caught up the initial jump.
