Girlfriend's friend got an Auto 00 GT (stock). She wants to race me and thinks my car just has exhaust done to it and I have a bad squeak on it. Thinks she can take me cause it sounds like I have engine problems. I don't have the heart to tell her that noise is my supercharger. Should I bother wasting my gas on her or should I just let her live in her fantasy land? Lately, when I know I could win a race, I generally don't bother anymore. She's just so persistant now though.

hey man! I think you should burst her bubble and not just that but also make a wager, something worhtwile but not too exagerated.
At the end when you are waiting for her at the finish line, teach her about mustangs and the bolt ons that make our cars just a tad faster.

funny how some (key word some) women think that the whistle coming from under the hood is the result something wrong w/ the car LOL when my mom first heard my car w/ the supercharger installed she said "no wonder it keeps stalling on u....it sounds like a UFO" LOL
