awesome. You still drive that thing on the streets? I thought you had posted awhile back that it wasn't a street car anymore. Did you actually drive it to the track?

 

Yes and no. It is street legal but I hardly ever drive it on the street and I trailered it to the track. With a manual rack, drag suspension, and a spool in the back - it's a little 'work' to drive it on the street but every now and then I'll go up the street to the local store just to 'scratch my nuts' cause I can...

 

That is sick. I'm not even going to ask what all is done to it cause it would probably take up two pages, lol. It looked like it wanted to get squirrelly on every pass, with that one really close one. Is there something up with the car, or is it the track causing it?

It's just the nature of running a 1200 rwhp car on a TNT night track - The prep at just about any TNT street car night at any track in the country is rarely that good. At an 'event' and well prepped track, the car is straight as a board. It's very hard to handle a 5 sec car at the local 1/8 mile TNT night.

 

Gotcha. Thanks for the info modaddict. Definitely looks like you had your hands full and to handle 1200whp that well on a half assed prepped track says a lot about your ability. I've never even been close to experiencing power at that level. One day, hopefully.
