Who's going this weekend? NMRA is in town.

 

i really wanted to, i had free tickets, but it was 40% chance of rain and didn't want to drive there with that big of chance. but it didn't rain at all here today and we had the same percentage, i should have went :/

 

Nah, you did the right thing. I crossed the border twice and rain all over the place. I still got 6 passes in. I was taken out on my own screw up. How do you lose a bracket race when the other guy spins and you dump about 200 ft from the stripe and break out by almost a tenth. The big "L" is tattooed on my forehead right now. I was most likely the slowest car there other than a v6 and a Focus. I love when $100,000 cars race for $500 which is what I lost to.

I wish Fun Ford would come back. NMRA makes you feel like a piece of dog**** unless you have a 10 second car. I was not impressed and I'll definitely not be at the NMCA.
