Web whined up side by side and he paces me, so now I think...hmmmm he wants to run..... Then I hear him drop a gear so I know it's on now.

I drop to third at around 60, second would have been spin city from earlier testing this morning, RPM at 3200 or so. I count it down, 1-2-3 and we are off. The Shelby jumps put a fender on the hit, RPMs rise, power shift with the no lift shift, bang 4th clean and smoooooth, RPM build again. Seems like I'm out half a car or so passing 100 or so, curve coming up fast, so I let out as the front feels light and loose. Not sure what the MOV was, my guess 1/2 - 3/4 of a car in a very quick run.

Find out he too was in 3rd and as well let out at the curve as he didn't want to see the rear end come around on him. Chatted up some and from what he said I think he needs some new plugs in the car.

Dang that's a heck of a run though! You've made good progress with that car dude

No supercharged for the 08s yet... A supercharged 2008 would be a minimum of 800 rwhp.... The 2006s are the ones at 700 rwhp with supercharger..

you can pop a centrifugal supercharger on a god damned harley if you know what you are doing...

it's possible I read the registration sticker wrong......... and to make a blanket statement that 06s have 700 whp is very short sighted. Another friend has a 3rd gen (IIRC) with 1000+, really depends on the depth of one's pocket

All good. I just never herd of a supercharged 08.... Gen3s max out at low 700s on stock internals. The you can basically do this to any gene 3for 7k total..

Gen4s have no supercharger available and have cam and cam technology and slim cylinder walls with compression that would make 5 psi dangerous. As well the pcm on the gen 4 has not been even close to tunable and the only option is the venom controller at
10-15k when everything said and done just for tuning.

People haven't even been able to run 100 shots on gen 4s without major issues. possible that someone invested 35k to take their gen 4 from 550 rwhp to 700???? Sure it is.. But much more likely in was a 2006 with 10k invested taking power from 450 to 700..
