this kid wants to race me he had a 2000 Mustang not a Gt and i got a 1991 Lx 5.0 Coupe. Both are automatics who will win?

yea u will win..unless he has some mods, stock for stock u should win cuz ur lighter than he is.....if u were a 94 or 94, it would be pretty close...

 

dude you will walk all over him if hes not a GT. i dogged a 2000 v-6 a week ago. and im in a 96 non PI gt

 

tightdogal what are you talking about..... A 2000 automatic v6 is like a low 16 stock. An auto 94 or 95 5.0 is a mid 15, and an auto notchback 5.0 is a low 15 or high 14. So either way the v6 doesnt stand a chance.

 

read my post, i said it would be close if it was a 94 or 95 gt and if the v6 had some mods, it could take it, i know because i raced a 94 gt and held up pretty well...a 91 5.0 is faster than the 94's because theyre lighter...so yea of course hell beat the v6

 

My buddies completely stock 1986 GT went 14.4 on DRs.

 

a 00 v6 will be slaughters by ur notch, "some mods" he would have to have some decent ones a CAI isnt gonna touch a notch. if he was a gt.. it would be a good race,, but hed probably take you.

 

I 2000gt will beat you v6 won't.

 

even if the V6 was a manual he would still get chewed up.
