You are right about the **** getting old. It is getting REALLY old. Everyone is guilty. We have all been getting a little carried away lately and it's bringing down the mood of the forum.
trash talking will always be a part of racing....well, as long as i am alive, it will be LOL. but we SERIOUSLY have to start treating each other with more respect. It's OK to speak your mind or throw the BS flag if you don't buy the story. We have all seen the internet racers and they SHOULD be owned LOL. Nobody has a problem with that but we really need to tone it all down a notch.

That's the same thing behind damn near every Civic since at least the 6th generation (96+). Built in OHIO using at least 70% American products.

The funny thing is every DSM ( Eclipse, Talon, Laser) ever made was built in good old Normal, IL. 70% of the parts on a DSM are American.

1. No DSM (mitsubishi eclipse, plymouth laser, or eagle talon) was ever sold in japan. There is no JDM eclipse, this is significantly different from a honda civic who had jdm counterparts which is the origin of their american version.
2. At the time between 1990-1999 when the DSMs were made, Mitsubishi was in a partnership with diamler chrysler, which is owned by dodge. Eagle is a jeep name, plymouth is a chrysler and mitsubishi at the time really was just a staple name for dodge to sell a sporty import looking car, almost all of the profit stayed right here in good old america.

DOnt get to down on the imports now im a stang kind of guy but my friends 3000Gt VR4 and Stealth haul a$$. but yes whne u say import usuually ppl think of honda's ect.ect but not all imports are ricers

And i put damn near 600 to the wheels on the spray, and i ran a HELL of alot faster than a 12.1. I also think jdaniels an asshat, so ill give him **** if i feel like it. If you dont see that hes a mustang fanboy of the worst kind and says just as much **** to me, than youre a one sided ignorant hypocrtical *******.
If hes going to take a shot at an LS1 every chance he gets, im going to make fun of his dumbass for running a 12.1 with a KB cobra. If a competent driver was behind the wheel, he would have seen 10's, if not a low 11. A good friend of mine has a 2.2 kenne bell cobra, and runs consistent 11.20's on STREET tires. Not DR's. Guess its all in the driver.

we have several hundred "authorities on all things racing" but we have SIXTY-TWO timeslip entries, and most of those dont have a piture of a timeslip, and a few of them, like nossie, are multiples.
i have also seen a KB cobra run alot better than 12.19, but at lest JDan isnt a b!7ch like so many people in here who dont have a timeslip entry. im going to start weeding out people who talk a world of trash about how fast their car is, and why they dont have a timeslip. i think that we should also require positive proof of timeslips.
