so i take my car to the track alot, and was really sure id hit a 12.9x this year but as of yet im not there. Mods in sig. i launch at approx 2500. best time to date is a 13.05 @102mph with a 1.71 60 ft. so my question is out side of cams or spray , or FI ,what can i do to get that other half a tenth? any help is appreciated ,thanks

 

Take out passenger seat.

Add some race fuel and bump timing 2*

Launch harder

Power shift it liked stole it

 

Weight reduction. I just read a threa the other day about NA 2v track times... Guy was running 12.5 ish i think... I will look for the link.

With that stall you should be able to leave alot harder than 2500RPMs. That alone should get you into the 12s.

 

I agree with BB. Are you trying to preload it or something? You gotta flash the stall for it to hit close to 3800.
