Default 3.7l N/A v6's

My dad and I met with another fellow 3.7 owner at MIR this past Friday for a track rental. Just thought I would share a couple videos I threw together of our passes. I was stuck in the 12.7s, but dad (z28th1s here) and Joe both got some 12.6 passes in. Not too bad for some bolton mustangs missing 2 cylinders.

If you click on the youtube video link at the top of the video it will work.

Thanks!!

OP is my son and I have the Race Red car in the video.

As far as weight reduction goes. We take the stuff out of the trunk (these cars don't come with a spare tire) and run with a 1/4 tank of gas. The big and little tire combo is the big weight savings.

My car weighed 3,555 pounds at the track yesterday with me in it. I weigh 235. The Gray car weighs 3,500 pounds with the driver (160 pounds) and the black car weighs right at 3,550 with driver.

If you ran as much as these boys do, ran the right tires, etc... you would.

Thanks Stone!!

I also agree that if he got some good sticky tires and practiced at the track to see what his car likes his would do just as well, if not better!!

If I didn't have to worry about more things exploding I'm sure I could hit some pretty good numbers. You guys are laying down some impressive times though and you don't have worn out parts to worry about haha. (175K and counting on this tank)

Impressive runs! Especially for the minimum modifications. You're really tearing out of the hole on those MT's. What was the 60' times for the 12.6 passes?
