Age Limit

Im under 18 so will i have to parental permission to go to the track? My parnets arnt going with me so will they need to sign a note or somthing?

i think it depends on hte track. i know the track closest to me let under 18 in. you even got a discount for showing student id. seems to me most tracks would let kids in, cuz they want to encourage kids to go race at the track and not on the street.

im guessing as long you have a drivers license you can race. thats what im thinkin.

there is a whole high school class at my track back home...and i know a few of them, and they arent 18, and ive never seen them with their parents...i was in the 13s before i was 18, and i dont ever recall being asked for ID

OK cool cause i was reading stuff from another forum, and some guy said he needed his parents permission to get into the track...so i was jw

i think that the waiver that you sign might say that you have to be 18, but i started racing when iw as 16....and ive always signed it...

as odd as this may sound, try not to look under 18...
