Had my first race today ever in my Mustang. Going up a 4 lane road with no traffic. Just left the red light and was at 30MPH when this 2005-2009 Mustang 6 came up next to me. He had duals and wheels/tires..don't know what else. He pauses next to me and then no warning, just hits it. I figured why not, I can't have this. I put it down and by the time I was up to 110, I had about 4 car lengths on him. We pull up at the next light which was red and he asked if I had a GT, said nope..3.7.. I someday will make it to a drag strip sometime. I have always wanted to do it, just have no clue what I'm doing though...lol

 

Sweet. The 3.7 is a good little motor.

How long was your pulse racing afterwards lol. Nothing like a good adrenaline rush to promote good health .

 

That was pretty incredible, the pulse was definitely up...I think I'll have to go to the local drag strip next season to get some more of that.
