Well i didnt my friend marc did in my car. this month is my cars birthday so i decided to get the gears i had laying around the garage installed. so of the three gear ratios i had to choose from i chose the 4.10's (i got a set of used 3.90s and a set of new 4.56's if anybody is interested) and ways for its birthday me and a friend installed the gears and i put a 70mm TB on it. anyways he went 13.98 @ 101. not bad for a vert. my times werent quite as good. i ran a 14.38 @ 95

 

do you weigh 400 pounds more than him?

 

That's a biiiig driver mod difference. The difference in trap speed is especially perplexing.

 

i could understand 14.38 @ 100ish if you couldnt get off the line...where was the difference in times? the short time?

 

hes has 5 more years expierience at the strip than i do.

 

I just got an auto. No experience necessary! J/K, you'll get the hang of it I'm sure.

 

nice times. not bad. im guessing its "just" an n/a 4.6, instead of an s/c'd saleen........cuz the yellow ones the only one with an s/c isnt it......nice time though. not bad. if it was a coupe, it probably wouldve run faster wouldnt it......since conv's weigh more for all the structural integrity stuff they add.....

 

i thought that the yellow car was all F'ed up too...

 

please tell me your saleen doesnt have a blower on it.....
