Guy in a 99+ GT was behind me at a light. He was following me and trying to get behind me. Well, light turned green when he was behind me. I waited a sec then i nailed it. He must have had like 4.10s or something, cause he hung on my *** til about 30'ish. soon as i hit 2nd, i pulled away like he was standing still. caught the next red light and both of us behind a car. he rolled down his window and said "damn! of all the mustangs around here, i pick a race with a supercharged one." he was probably in his 40s and is heavy set. didn't ask him what he had done, didn't have time.

i don't see how people have time to talk to these people to ask what mods they have at lights.

 

The red lights here are really long. [8D] Good kill.

Yeah, but slap a B142T in there, or even an LS1 and he would have had you. GT's have the potential to take anything on the road. A simple 460 with N20 and maybe a couple of turbos swapped in and you would have been eating his stool!

And you know what? All of the people that I remember actin like this have already posted in this thread!!!!! Im j/k guys. I have grown to respect the opinions of people that argue.

Take 2000si for example. He gets into it with everyone.(literally) And when you look at it from the big picture, he almost always right

Silverbullet5.0 I dont know how many times ive argued with you. When i was a noob, you used to make me so freakin mad! Talkin about all of that LS1 stuff. I look back at some of those, and i dont even understand why i was arguing. You were right alot more than i was. I actually find myself saying what u used to say to me.

Some people think these forums are useless, but i have learned alot from you guys. I see some noobs that come in here and think they know their ****(i know some do, but you know the ones im talkin about) and i just shake my head. Just like you guys did to me. Some people ask why 2000si and silverbullet are here, but i have probably gained more car knowlegde from arguing/watching you argue with someone else. lol. Sorry if this came across and corny/gay. Anyways I'm just tryin to say thanks.
