ran into one of these tonight. he wanted to go, and seeing as i've yet to get a race with an SRT-4, and seeing as this was a rare ACR model, i figured i'd let him have it. from a 2nd gear 45 roll i pulled hard instantly, hit 3rd and put some distance on him. wound up 3rd a little bit and backed off at about 75-80 or so.

talked to him for a quick minute before he made his turn, turns out he's on the same base as me and has seen my car around. probably parked, as until this past week i've hardly driven it for a few months.

wierd, all the owners i know love to race.... they are fun cars to drive, really bring the street racer out of you. i've played around with several, and have driven a few, and i know in stock or mild bolt on form i'll eat one up easily, but this was my first halfway decent crack at one. i want one from a stop to say.... 130 or so.

 

meh. i live in northern va. they're more rare to see around here than an M3. almost nobody has an SRT4. the ones that i do see i'm usually stuck in traffic, behind cars at a light with him, or they just don't want to play. plus, i don't think i'd race anyone at night around here. cops are everywhere, and the fact that it's christmas time, there's twice as many.

 

Good kill Bryan. I have only raced one and I take him from a stop. They are fun to drive though, I like driving my little brothers SRT-4.
