I've never heard of an AWD G35, but I could be completely wrong.

I do remember annihilating a completely stock one from a roll in my WRX with 2 other people in the car and a full trunkload of luggage and beach gear. With a supercharger or turbo though, which is really rare, I'm sure they're got potential.
the sedan version is available in AWD. that sounded like a kick *** car, if you do catch her on a better day i say skip the race and take her back to your place
Interesting. Is that just the newer ones or the slightly older ones also?
all of them as far as i know, but i'm a damn Canadian so maybe it wasn't available to the US... i don't know[&:]

So did you even try to race her, or did you just let her go? If you let her go, I don't blame you, having the police scraping you off the road because you raced in terrible weather isn't worth it.
hell no. if i catch her on a good day, i will race her, and probably get owned. it was a sedan, and i think they make some in AWD, which would explain the wicked acceleration and no tires spin from a roots blower on wet roads
No, it's not an AWD. G35s are nothing more than 350z's. The G35 Sedan has less power (260) stock than the 350z and four doors.

That blower helped her out a lot.

Yeah... the one he raced was not a 2006. You know, since those just came out.

Previous models were not AWD.

coulda been one. why not? I think they have a sedan with 300HP for 2006 as well. at least around 300, maybe 298 or something like that.

doubt it. reading up on it, the only AWD version is the G35x. Regular G35s are RWD.

Anyway, I still doubt that it was an AWD car. Coming off a try road launch it doesn't take much to keep the car planted while already accelerating.

Either way, I swear I've read up on the G35 eleventy billion times and have never come across any of that info. The 04 review looks exactly like the 06... only the years are changed.

My point is not ALL G35 sedans are AWD. Christ. You thrive on putting words in my mouth, apparently. I simply expressed my point that I don't believe it was an AWD sedan.

i know they don't all come with AWD, that's why i said "they are available in AWD" i also mentionned that i'm Canadian, we tend to get AWD versions before you guys do, they are more popular over here because of our sucky winters, maybe they haven't been available in the US since the 2006 and that's why you didn't know, maybe it was a 2006, maybe it wasn't AWD... who cares really he just said "might of been an AWD" and all i meant to say was it's plausible.
