I just sent that to Ride of the Month. That's a 12.1 second pass with the kit at their test-and-tune that I posted in another thread. That's at only 15 psi on pump gas.
With those mods you should have a chance, my friends dad has an Evo he has a boost controller, and reprogrammed computer and ran 12.6 on street tires. Stock its prolly low 13's with the mods you plan on getting you should be low 13's or 12's with good tires.
I negotiated a better price without those rims with the seller. He ended up selling them separately. They were really nice, really rare rims, but gold rims aren't my thing. I had planned to buy a new set of rims for the spring / summer as soon as I knew I was going to buy the car.
How did you know about the gold rims? =p Did I post another picture a while back of the car before I bought it?

Aww man those rims were clean man i really liked those i had never seen em before...Ya i think when you were about to buy the car you posted a pic of it on here cause some of us had asked about it and it had those rims on it....what you lookin at to put on it right now ??
Thanks for the compliments =D I have some 5Zigen FN01R-Cs in hyperblack that looked awesome on my WRX. I think the offset is too small to clear the Brembo calipers on the STI though.
In the springtime I'll probably look at a few types of Rotas. Those are great, relatively lightweight, cheap, strong rims. Anything black with a chrome lip gives me a hardon =p
The BBS stockers it has on there now have been spraypainted, but the paint it chipping off. I'll probably strip and repaint them and put a few layers of clearcoat on. In the springtime when the other rims are on, I can pull the tires off of the winter stockers and have them powdercoated for free at a friend's place whose father does it for a living ^_^
