So I was doing my Christmass shopping yesterday in town when this lil punk comes beside me in a Impreza (Not WRX Model) and I was in my 90 F-150 Reg Cab Short Box 4X4 (5.0 5 Speed, Long Tubes, CAI, UD Pulleys, No Cats AC or Smog, 33 Inch Mudders with a 4 Inch lift Kit)......... Anyways he looked up and laughed laughed at me and proceeded to rev his engine a few times! I rolled down the window gave him a lil smile and poped by truck into 4 wd (Roads were wet) Light changes and a dumped the cluth from about 3,500 and man did that truck jump, it was the first time I have ever done that in 4X4 by the time I was in 3rd he was at least 2 truck lengths behind me... Soo I gave him the finger and yelled the next time we are racing in the mud

two trucks? A slow car vs a slow truck... I don't think he really even tried... but it was a nice kill since he acted like a ricer.

 

Oh he tried I know that kuch I had all four tires a spinin off the hop it was awesome, can't be to good on the u joints though soo I was kinda scared... But yeah the look on his face from getting stomped by a big truck was awesome can't wait until summer again there is alot of new ricers around town!

 

haha thats awsome... but I wouldn't do that any more if i was you... end up busting a u-joint.. would suck to look under the truck & see the drive shaft hanging lol 4WD/4X4 is definatly not for launching

You would think if you put the same turbo an sti has in a 2.5RS, than the RS would be faster because it has bigger displacement.

 

Should of put this in my last post, but a few years ago I was gonna buy a 2.5RS and do the basic bolt ons and then turbo it, I figured it would be faster than a 2.0 turboed wrx. Correct me if I'm wrong, I really dont know that much about imports.
