That kid was very lucky. If he would have had something like a Camaro or Mustanghe would have been in a lot of trouble. How much torque does an MR2 have? I'm sure it doesn't even come close to what a stang or maro putting down.</P>
WOW!! This is just a hair short of what the Bently Turbo R lays down!!</p>

Doesn't the Celica GT run like mid 16's in the 1/4? You gave up an old mustang and camaro for that?<edited><editID>Admin</editID><editDate>38027.9395486111</editDate></edited>

That was from a '96 turbo. I don't think they made a turbo in the new body style. Honestly Own3d...I don't know. We should probably ask one of these Toyota freaks.</P>

hey 350z man...first of all back off!! i was sort of sticking up for you ricers.like all clubs there is always a bad apple, i have an guy in my hometown with a 96 cobra that tries to torment us good stangers, because he has a "COBRA",he even tried to wreck some of us. so anyways, you are not going to like everthing you see or read..i don't,but i know this is just fun and games to pass time till the track opens.so next time don't get your panties in a bunch when we share a funny video.

yeah i guess..didnt mean to come on so strong but everyones definition of a ricer is different..ricers are mostly huge spoilers, stickers on the windshield, fart cannons, altezas that kind of thing..i came to the forum because its fun to go back and forth with the domestic owners even though sometimes it does get a little heated..its all in fun</P>
=) you should read my posts at some ricerforums..flamed constantly</P>
someone has to drop knowledge about the other side stealth302. like the fact that the mr2 is not only rwd but also mid engined. stupid people with Mid Rear cars are funny.
hell yeah that was a great vid.funny part is if ne one listened closed enough their was a chick in teh background that said he just got the mr2 fixed, and a dude said another mr2 down the drain, so they have money some way some how, but u would of thought he would of learned to drive from the first time(s) it happened, and ya w/e he was tryin to to whether a 180 or a powerslide, he obvisouly needs to practise in a huge wide open space parkin lot where he can't hit nething, i mean i can drive better then that.

LOL... Come on now fella's, theyknow that the stang, bird's and maro's are truly legendary when it comes to street racing. Simply put they know where the action's at, and where they need to be to gain therespect they rightfully deserve. Because they get very little on the street and that's a shame. Imports have my respect. Even though i've yet to be beaten by one. Not saying it can't and won't happen one day. As they Jefferson's once said. "There moving on up" and times have changed.</P>
