mustangs just dont pull on the hwy for crap
i think you just gave him too big of a head start, which was good for him now he can go embarrass himself from a dig sometime and talk about he beat a GT on the highway with his CAI and Tornado fuel thingy....
as for the v6 handling a STOCK gt with just pullies and a chip,, i would def. have to see some proof befoer i believe that

I've seen some nice v6 mustangs around where I live, they're kinda fast, but not as fast as the GT's but there definately are a large amount of people who work on v6 stangs that can kill non PI GTs and PI GTs. I still respect them because they're mustangs, and I had a 95 v6 before I got my 98 GT. I thought my car was fast until I realized there were other models of mustangs out there. I'll never forget the time I reved my v6 at a Cobra....*sigh*

**** yo couch *****. seriously though i have an auto, and i rolled on a ws-6 from 30mph to 70 this weekend, he gained a half a car length then lost it quick, dunno what happened there, but he was NOT happy, lil punk 18yr old. and I can race on the highway, kneegrow please, 3rd gear is a mad man in my car, to about 100-110, but you really can use a lil boost from 2nd gear if your only going 55-65, 2nd gear takes me to around 70 ish, and that will help third pick up. Although i may be on crack and i could be all wrong.
