Installed steeda sport springs
I checked how far my bumpstops are from touching the frame, and its only half an inch or so
should i cut them? I went for a ride and didnt notice them hitting, but it definatly seems like they will hit when you look at the space..

They can be cut a bit, but not sure how much. Get it up in the air and measure the clearance of EVERYTHING that would be in the path of hitting something else and see what kind of room you have. I am sure someone out there knows just how much you can cut, but I don't

I wouldn't say that you need to cut them unless you drive regularly on terrible roads.
I've also put in the steeda springs, and the roads here tend to be terrible.
The pipes of my exhaust regularly hit the frame somewhere when driving.
How much can/should the bumpstops be cut? And will it help?

If you are already hitting the exhaust on the frame, cutting the bumpstops should just make the problem worse. The bumpstops are there to prevent you from hitting the frame or anything else, and if you are with full bumpstops, then you will with shortened bumpstops. I'd suggest a possible bumpstop upgrade to a harder material and/or an upgrade to stiffer or adjustable shocks.
Thanks for the response. I had the problem with the exhaust since I converted to duals, but only on the left side where some bar is closer to the pipes than on the right. Now both sides are affected
I do have Konis. Will try to turn them a little stiffer and see how it works. I don't want to lose much comfort though.

But wouldn't it be like this: when the bumpstops hit the frame that the exhaust is also moving up and down a bit and so it hits the body too? I only have this when the road is ugly. I'll try to make a pic where my pipes pass the body too close
Exhaust moves with the body.
I know that it does. It was only my first assumption that it's the exhaust, as it's only half an inch away from the panhard support bar.
If that's what is right above the stock panhard bar.
