Default tires scrubbing, adjustable struts needed?

MY car is lowered about 2" i believe (was already dropped when purchased), i just got new tires (cooper zeon rs3-a) and the driver side scrubs when turning hard or even in a straight line over some bumps. I know my struts and shocks are shot, so i'm thinking new struts in the front will pick it up just that little bit. I was planning on getting the tokico blues, but i'd hate to purchase them and the tires still scrub so i'm tihnking about going with something adjustable up front so i can stiffen it up until the scrubbing stops.

any suggestions on an adjustable, or is there anything that has an adjustable ride height thats around the same price range? if its a strut thats over 160ish each i'll just get new springs and the blues and come out better, so i'd like to keep it under that price range.

anybody else had these issues? strange 10 ways? tokico blues? just get new springs? any help at all?? why would just one side scrub? before the new tires just the passenger side scrubbed now its the drivers side any ideas? i've already set my adjustable CC plates a touch positive to lean the tires out a tad, didn't help much.
