Exclamation refreshing the suspension - good bundles out there?

I've been poking around the vendor sites and found some pretty extensive kits to refresh the suspension on our pony...

what's everyone's favorite 'bang for the buck' setup? coilovers are just too expensive for our daily driver...

looking for just the average spring drop and freshen the shocks/struts - upgraded sway bars are a 'nice to have' at this point but if the cost is good, we'd do that too...

Shocks, struts, springs, cc-plates:

Later, control arm kit:

And you'll need subframe connectors asap if you don't already have them.

are the caster/camber plates required? also, good leads on the subframe connectors? we have a convertible if that makes a difference

cc-plates are not required, but strongly recommended. All of the front suspension motion goes through the struts. The strut shafts connect to the body through the strut mounts. (cc-plates) So any slop in the cc-plates is evident in the steering. You might be used to it now (because the stock strut mounts have sloppy soft rubber bushings) but when you upgrade to quality cc-plates (like UPR Products) you won't believe how much more tight and responsive the steering feels.

Here are some excellent subframe connectors:
