Im looking to spend 300 or under for shocks and struts for a stock 2001 v6 base mustang any ideas

 

What are you wanting from them? Stock ride quality? Firm for corner carving? Drag set-up? Unless you go used, the only option under $300 would be something like the KYB Gas-a-just shock and strut combo. http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...trut-Shock-Kit. A step up from that stock set up would be like the Koni series, you can get struts and shocks for around $400 or less.

If your staying stock go with some Tokico HP's they are a step up from stock and cost is very good. They work well with oem coil spring rates.
