Default Front lower control arm recommendations

So, I put my '99 GT in the air at my old shop and noticed the passengers lower control arm is bent. I was curious if I should just change it out with another stock one, or go with something aftermarket? It's my daily driver and I don't drag race it or try to autocross it, but I do want to have a good feel to the car when I'm driving it. I know it's been lowered a little, but I haven't gotten into what all has been done or what was used. I do know it has adjustable camber plates, but that's about as far as I've looked into it. I'm still trying to learn the in's and out's of newer cars, but I'm very mechanically inclined and learn fast. This seems to be the best forum I've found and the members seem pretty awesome, hoping to continue to learn all I can from you guys!

No matter what you do for the bent LCA, do the same on the other side.

Your car will feel a lot better if you replace both of your front control arms with new stock pieces. After 16 years, just having brand-new OE bushings will make for a noticeable improvement, and I don't see anything in your post that suggests any need for anything stiffer (such as polyurethane-bushed aftermarket LCAs).

I don't think I need anything stiffer either, but the entire front end needs to be gone through for sure. There's rattles, creaks, and other noises when I turn or hit bumps, it's annoying. Lol
