Default Steering Wheel Play

Steering wheel has a wicked 4 inch play. Advise how to eliminate. What is the best method. I installed control valve and and new flaming steering box. Advise please. Thank you. John

It could be many things. Tie rod ends, ball joints, bad a-arm bushings, loose bolts, back rack, worn out steering joins, bad vibration eliminator (that rubber separator?) etc

I'd say its the rag joint. The stock ones are horrible. They were made of a cheap silicon/rubber material that didnt involve and nylon rope like the after market ones. It really sucks when you try to get sideways often.

I agree with the ragjoint comment. Had to replace ming about a year ago.
