can a 02 trans am with ram air kill a 99 or an 01 cobra?

Hmmmmm,

Tough call.. If memory serves me right both cars are pushing 320 HP..

Ram air is nice but don't help much off the line..

I 'think' the TA weighs more..

Therefore, I give it to the Cobra.. But its all in the driver if ya ask me..

If you are talking a Manual 6 TA vs 99-01. All other things being equal the TA wins every time. I had an 01 Cobra. LS1's are good for 300 RWHP vs 270-275 rwhp for the Cobra (stock).

Sad but true.

I watched a video of a 99 Cobra taking on a 2000ish Camaro SS.. Looks like the SS won all 3 races by about a car length..

I'm pretty sure the SS and TA have the same set up.. Thus, I hate to say but the TA should win =(
