Default Brake Calipers make a Tinging noise when going over Bumps

Sounds like something is loose on my brakes, Has anybody else had this problem with thier 96-98 Cobra's? It sounds like metal tinging on something inside the brakes when I go over bumps. However when I apply the brakes You dont hear it when you drive over a bump or train tracks or something. Any help or idea's to what it may be is greatly appreciated!

Same thing is happening on my 03 GT. I think it has something to do with the shocks/springs but I'm not sure. It's really annoying but I'm still under warranty...

check for a loose or missing metal clip on top of the caliper - it holds the disc pads in place
