i currently have a 99 gt with 34000 miles and my payments are ridiculous 600$$ a month !! now the apprasal on my car is 13000 i still owe 15000 about what price can i find a 03-04 cobra for and would it really be worth it to be paying all that money for 390 horses???

I have seen cobras of those years at the drag strip and they definetly FAST!!!! One guy had a stock 03 cobra and it must have been hooking up really good that night because he grabbed second gear and popped an axle on a dead stock car!! I woulg go for it man!

I just bought my second 03 cobra! I had a yellow vert that dynoed at 475rwhp and 518 rwt. The one I just bought is only slightly modded (for now). The 03/04 cobras are DEFINITELY worth the money!! The 390 HP listing is a joke. My stock 03 dynoed at 370 rwhp! So if you do the equation of a 15% drivetrain loss, that's well over 420 crank HP! The motors in the 03/04 cobras are fully built and forged!! They can handle 20 lbs of boost all day long. If you try running more than 10 lbs on a GT or Mach 1, you will blow the heads slam off the motor! I have had a 2000 Saleen, 2001 Roush stage 2, and a recently sold 2002 C-5 corvette and none of them compare with the cobras!You can find a nice one for around 24,000 - 27,000 dollars! The value should only go up! Once you drive one, you will be tainted for life!
