New 03 .... what mods?
Hey guys.... kinda new to this forum member wise been reading your other post for a while a lot of intelligent guys in here figured you can give me the best idea on what to go at first mod wise? i was looking at the RPMoutlet and power pacs or any of those worth it and worth the money? they clam it but does any one actually have one of those pacs? kinda looking at the E pac to but i dont want to kill my motor, not to knowledgeable with pulleys. im new with cobra i just got it two days, so not sure where to start. already has borla cat back on it. thanks guys i know you can help, appreciate it.
yeah i don't forsee your killing your motor because i have seen some cobras get around 650 with out having to change ne thing. Just make sure you get a good tune and you won't have to worry about ne thing.

Yeah, exactly as yellow said, no matter how tough a motor you build a bad tune will kill it. Use a reputable tuner. RWTD, HBH, Lund, MileHi, etc. Have you owned an IRS car before? If not, I would cut my teeth at a near stock power level. If you feel wheel hop at all, get off the throttle. I've seen way too many brand new, bone stock 03/04's leaving tracks on flat beds due to drivers being unaware of how delicate an IRS can be.
Honestly, without knowing your intentions for the car it is hard to tell you what to do. Will this car be driven daily? Drag Raced? Auto crossed?

Congrats on your ride! Sounds like you have a good start with the Borla cat-back. You can add a good cold-air kit to further enhance the HP of your cobra!! I agree with the other snake owners, if you add an upper or lower pulley, make sure you get a good tune!!! If you don't, you could wreck your motor! Aaron gave you good advice about the wheel hop. If you feel it, get out of it immediately!! Or you could end up breaking a half-shaft! I have seen stock cobras snap their half-shafts because of excessive wheel hop. You can gain upwards of 50-85 rwhp and up to 100 ft. lbs of torque with a pulley swap (either an upper or lower pulley)and a good tune!!
thank you guys for the quick feedback, appreciate the help. Thanks for the heads up with the IRS to, havent driven an IRS car before, heard alot about it too. Think i will just go with some good pulleys and a good tune like you guys were saying, and basically keep it there, dont need that much power, just want so i know i have it when i need it if you know what i mean. I have a 3.1 Reichard Racing upper pulley, C&L power inlet tube, Metco CAI, Borla Stingers, Speed of Sound guage pod with Phantom boost and fuel pressure guages and Metco idler pulley assembly. I have an Amazon ported blower sitting in the floor awaiting install and I just bought a Metco 4 lb lower pulley kit for added torque and boost. I have been waiting to install the ported blower when I add the 4 lb lower kit, so that I can get it dyno tuned just once. It should be strong when it's finished!
