Default 1998 Cobra advice...

Im lookin at a 98' Cobra Convertible 5spd V8 of course. I dont know a whole lot about it because I saw it in a lot on Sunday. I did see a roll bar though so I think there might be some mods, not sure yet. Its blue w/ black top paint is in good shape, top in great shape, interior in great shape, 73,197 Miles on the clock, everything looks nice as far as I could see. They are sellin it for $12,980. Is this a good price or should I pass it up? What should I look out for when test drivin it? Anything common with these I should know about? thank I am going to check it out this weekend or maybe the next.

Offer them 12K and make sure you Run a carfax.
1st thing you should do is take off the stupid roll bar.
